Thomas Richard Ogden, 87, of Wooster, peacefully passed away, at his home with family on Wednesday February 14, 2024.
Tom was born March 18, 1936 in Wooster, Ohio to Harry and Minnie {Mowrer} Ogden. He was a member of the 1954 graduating class of Northwestern High School. Thomas served in the US Army after the Korean conflict.
He married Patricia A. Boreman on October 26, 1958. She preceded him in death on November 7, 2023.
Tom worked for the City of Wooster for 32 years before retiring in 1992. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ since 1965. In his free time, Thomas found joy in activities such as golfing, bowling, playing cards, fishing, woodworking, painting, traveling, and cherishing moments with his family. He also enjoyed the trips that he and Patricia took with their Northwestern classmates. Tom never met a stranger. Everyone he met was a welcome friend, especially when they engaged in talking about sports! (Especially, his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes and all Cleveland sports!)
