Adeline E Fleshman, 89, of Akron, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013 at her residence in Akron. She was born on May 13, 1923 in Akron to Leonard and Adelaide (Palumbo) Varrecchia. Adeline married Howard Fleshman on July 3, 1943. She was a member of Wintergreen Ledges Church of God and had been a employee of Yoder Brothers for 30 years, retiring in 1975. She enjoyed scrap booking, crafts and working with flowers. She also loved shopping and baking.
A Memorial Service will be on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Wintergreen Ledges Church of God, 1889 Vernon Odom Blvd., Akron, OH 44320 with Pastors Jim Roma and Dan Betts officiating..
Adeline will be deeply missed by her daughters Linda Cartwright, Debra (Ricky) Simmons and Tammy (Will) Grant all of Akron, daughter-in-law, Irene Fleshman of Akron, nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, sister Vera Long of Copperas Cove, TX. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded by her parents son, Leonard Fleshman, six brothers and four sisters.
