Alberta Virginia Morris

Alberta Virginia Morris, 93, of Marietta, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Alberta was born September 26, 1931 in Fly, Ohio to the late Leroy and Maggie {Koher} Conley.

She married Charles J. Morris on February 6, 1954 in New Matamoras. 

Alberta worked at the Betsey Mills Club as a waitress for over 20 years. She enjoyed quilting and puzzles.

Alberta will be deeply missed by her daughters Virginia Perry and Linda Karcher; granddaughter Marci (Mike) Carver; great grandson Gryphon Carver;

brother Gene (Joyce) Conley and several nieces, nephews and in-laws.

In addition to her parents, Alberta was preceded in death by her husband Charles “Chuck” Morris; sister Betty Farnsworth; brothers Frank Conley and Brady Conley; son-in-law Gary Karcher and her granddaughter Staci Johnson.
