Anna Mae Martin, 85, of Wooster, passed Thursday, December 29, 2016 at her residence.
Friends may call Saturday from 10 to 12 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Saturday at 12 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Randy Moomaw officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, Ohio.
Anna Mae was born June 7, 1931 in Ohio to Ralph and Lucille {Benepe} Franks.
Anna Mae was a 1950 graduate of Apple Creek High School.
She married Cecil Martin in January of 1951. They were married for 42 years, Cecil passed on January 9, 1993.
Anna Mae was a homemaker and a caregiver to many children of the community. She loved to attend the grand kids sporting events, and family gatherings.
Anna Mae will be deeply missed by her children Cecil Jr. Martin of Apple Creek, Pat (Roger) Riffle of Wooster, Jim (Traci) Martin of Wooster; grandchildren T.J. (Nikki) Martin, Ty (Rich) Raber, Jamie (Kate) Martin, Broc Martin; great-grandchildren Josh, Ryan, Makayla, and Faith Martin, Hannah and Hailey Raber; and brother Daniel Franks of Zanesville.
Anna Mae was preceded in death by her husband and infant daughter.
