Arletta Mae Moore Craig Szabo, 84, of Wadsworth, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2012 in Wadsworth. She was born June 11, 1928 in Spencer, W Va to James Clarence and Zettie Mae (Raines) Moore and married John Craig and then Thomas Szabo. Arletta was an employee of Nabisco for 23 years until she retired in 1990. She was a member of the Weed Away Garden Club, Hunters Chase Coffee Club and enjoyed sewing, woodworking and crafts. Arletta made cards and loved traveling and collecting coffee mugs.
Arletta will be deeply missed by her daughters Connie (David) Watson of Seville, Sandra Craig of Cleveland Hts., Janet (Charles) Jenkins of Seville and Lorie (Terrence) Toolis of Wadsworth, step children Thomas Szabo, Jr. of Lodi, Lawrence Szabo of Wooster, Kathy (Glen) Rowland of West Salem, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, brother Allen Moore of Louisville, Ky, and sister Pauline Pipkin of Spencer, WVa. She was preceded in death by husband Thomas Szabo, son Marvin Craig and brother Billy Moore.
Funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wadsworth Pointe, 540 Great Oaks Trail, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281 or Weed Away Garden Club.
