Becky Jo Maloney

Becky Jo Maloney, 69, of Wooster, died July 15, 2024 at OSU Medical Center, in Columbus, Ohio.

Becky was born March 10, 1955 in Sandusky, Ohio to Robert and Virginia {Brown} Eby.

Becky graduated from Kent State in 1977.

She married Michael Maloney in 1978. 

Becky worked in retail for 40 years, her last job being the OSU bookstore until the Covid-19 pandemic. Becky was a very active member of Chapter AP P.E.O. She was a quilter leaving treasured memories for her family. Becky also enjoyed cross-stitching and reading. She loved working in her flower and vegetable garden. The birds in the neighborhood will miss her filled and fresh feeders.

Becky will be deeply missed by her brother Steve Eby; sister Connie Van Buren; and many nieces and nephews.

Becky was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Michael; brother Gary Eby and her niece Collette.

Celebration of life services will be held Saturday August 17 at 2 p.m. at Becky's Home 166 Cannon Dr. Wooster, OH 44691. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
