Becky Jean Shank, 56, of Ashland, died Monday January 26 at The Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
Becky was born July 23, 1958 in Ashland to Robert Sr. and Norma Jean {Gaddis} Bowersock.
She graduated from Ashland High School in 1977.
She married Randall Shank on October 4, 1980.
She worked for King Lanes and then Brethren Care. She was a member of Eastgate Bible Church, in Ashland. She enjoyed camping and loving her grandkids.
Becky will be deeply missed by her husband; children Bethia Shank, Andy (Kimberly) Shank, Abigail (Bert) Coram all of Ashland; grandchildren Gavin, Gariss, Takiah, Aubree, Brandilynn, Trevor, Nehemiah; mother Norma Jean {Bowersock} Baker; brothers Robert Jr. (Christina) Bowersock, Jeffery (Karen) Bowersock; sister Carol (Brent Sr.) Schoonover; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Becky was preceded in death by her father, sister Vickie Wittman, step-father Harold Baker.
Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Grace Brethren Church, West Main, Ashland. Funeral services will be Friday at 11 at the church with Pastors Jim Norris, Andy Shank, and Nathan Wells officiating. Burial will be at Ashland County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Roberts Funeral Home to help defray funeral costs, PO Box 715 Ashland, Ohio 44805.
