Betty "Ann" Myers Behrendsen, 84, of Ashland, died December 23, 2013 at her daughter's residence.
Betty was born May 22, 1929 in Rowsburg, OH to Harold James and Nina Katherine {Rinard} Mendenhall.
She married Charles William Myers on June 30, 1948. They were married for 32 years. He died in 1981. She married Kenneth Robert Behrendsen on June 30, 1990. He died in 2010.
Betty worked at Ashland Chemical Co. in customer service. She was also a member of Savannah United Methodist.
She will be deeply missed by children Cindy McAleer and Cathy (Randy) Rhodes both of Ashland and Chris (Jane) Myers of Fosteria; step-children Annie, Don, Mary Beth, Bob, and Amy; grandchildren Gene, Chip, Tyler, Jenny, Bill, Stacy and many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters Doris (Norm) Chesrown and Sue Henderson; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husbands and step-daughter Glenda.
Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel will be making the arrangements. Private services will be held with Chaplain Sandy Lauer officiating. Burial will be at Ashland County Memorial Park, Ashland, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio, 1050 Dauch Drive, Ashland, OH 44805.
