Betty Fishburn

Elizabeth “Betty” Fishburn, 93, of Wooster, passed away February 11, 2022, at Brookdale Wooster.

Betty was born March 30, 1928, in Paint Township, Ohio to Jonas and Malinda {Yoder} Keim.

She married Clarence Fishburn on November 13, 1948.  He passed away on February 27, 1979.

Betty worked for over thirty years at Frito-Lay in Wooster. Betty was raised Amish, with fourteen siblings, and was a lifelong Christian.  She loved gardening, crocheting, taking trips with her sisters, reading her Holy Bible and People magazines.  The most important thing in Betty’s life was family, especially her great-grandchildren Nevaeh, Taydum, Landen, and Leandra.

Betty will be deeply missed by her children Aaron Fishburn, and Bonnie Root; grandchildren Lyndsey (T.A.) Perrine, Travis Johnson, Jonathan Fishburn, Christa (John) Siladie, Matthew (Tosha) Martin, Theresa (Robert) Evans, and Anthony (Denise) Fishburn; many great-grandchildren; many siblings; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband; parents; children Sherry Fishburn, Randy Fishburn, Ronnie Fishburn, and Penny Martin; and grandson Jeremiah Fishburn; and many siblings.
