Betty L. Tracy, 83, of West Salem, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Brethren Care Nursing Center, in Ashland.
Betty was born April 2, 1933 in Coshocton, Ohio to George W. and Minnie R. Almack.
She married Samuel Tracy on November 19, 1955. He passed January 24, 1997.
Betty was a member of the United Methodist Church of West Salem. She enjoyed gardening and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Betty will be deeply missed by her children Linda Brewer of Ashland, Brenda Beyl of Jeromesville, Teresa Tracy of FL, Bruce Tracy of West Salem; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, daughter Sherry, brother and sister.
Friends may call Friday from 2 to 3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Beryl Baum officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
