Beverly A. Fisher, 76, of Wooster, died Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at LifeCare Hospice.
Friends may call Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at West Hill Baptist Church. Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Church with Pastors Dan Wingate and Eric Fairhurst officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Beverly was born July 28, 1940 in Holmesville, Ohio to William Russel and Ella Odetta {Criswell} Finley.
She was a graduate of Waynedale High School and Wooster Business College.
Beverly married Earl W. Fisher on March 13, 1961.
She worked for Wooster Brush CO., ACDC and retired from the OARDC where she was a secretary in the Animal Science Department. Beverly was a member of West Hill Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher, Choir member, Greeter and an active member of Caleb's Kin. She enjoyed knitting, gardening, camping, spending time with her family, and was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Beverly will be deeply missed by her children Bill Fisher of Wooster, Cathy (Scott) Davis of Fredericksburg, Bob (Renee) Fisher of West Salem, Rusty Fisher of Charleston, WV, Lori Snyder of Glenmont; grandchildren Brad (Luciris) Fisher, Katie (Richard) Morrison, Matt Davis, Jen (Phil) Wigal, Allison (Andrew) Hartzler, Brittany Fisher, Austin and Autumn Fisher, Colton Fisher, Kaylie Benson, Brooke Snyder and Josie (Julio) Salazar; great-grandchildren Matthew and Ethan Fisher and Gracelynn and Gwendolyn Wigal, Blakely Hartzler, Kaicen Chandler, Emma Fisher, Cameron and Allie Salazar; and sister Maxine Harmon of Virginia.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, brothers Paul, William and Dale Finley, sisters Dorothy, Kathryn Thomas and Marjorie Branson.
