Blanid Lamb

Blanid Renier Lamb, 86, of Wooster, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023. She will be deeply missed by her five children: Chris, Tim (Stacey), Molly Ergastolo (John), Pat (Denise) and Mary. She was an adoring grandmother to her 13 grandchildren and her great grandchildren. Blanid was preceded in death by her sisters Mary and Colette and her parents Joseph and Anna {Cullen} Renier. Sister of Denny Patterson, Connie Swank and Toni Schlaff.

Blanid was a volunteer for many years at Wooster Community Hospital. After years of volunteering, Blanid began working in the pharmacy at the hospital.  Upon retirement from the hospital, she stayed active volunteering at St. Mary’s and at People to People Ministries. Blanid was an avid tennis player and cherished the close friendships she developed playing the game she loved. She played tennis until she was 80 years old.

A private mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Roberts Funeral Home -Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is handling arrangements. Online tributes may be made at www.robertsfuneralhome.com.  Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster.
