Bobby D. Neville

Bobby D. Neville, 80, of Marietta, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Bobby was born June 13, 1944 in Marietta to Robert and Helen Neville.

He graduated from Marietta High School in 1963. Bobby served in Vietnam in the United States Army.

He married Barbara M. Drake on June 15, 1968. 

Bobby was a chemical supervisor for Cytec Industries, retiring in 1996. Bobby was a member of Tunnel United Methodist Church, where he and Barbara were youth advisors, Sunday School teachers, and coached Upwards Basketball. He was also a member of Scenic Hills Lions Club where he helped with Safety Town in the Barlow-Vincent area, a lifetime member of VFW Post 5108 and a 4-H Advisor for the Warren Wranglers 4-H Club.

Bobby will be deeply missed by his son Brandon (Lee) Neville; grandchildren Walter Houser, Kristen Houser; and his best pal and dog Ollie. He is also survived by sisters Janet Weppler and Sandra (Ron) Kendall. 

In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Neville; daughter Mary Jane Neville; daughter-in-law Roxie Neville; brothers Larry Neville, Marion Neville, Roy Gene Sparks; sisters Kathryn Voshel Arlene Sparks.
