Bonnie L. Fribley, 82, of Wooster, died Tuesday July 13, 2021 at LifeCare Hospice, in Wooster.
Friends may call Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Graveside services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Bonnie was born April 17, 1939 in Grayson, NC to Lon and Della {Owens} Mayberry.
She married Dale Fribley on December 24, 1983. He died in 2003.
She retired from Crown Steel in Wooster after 35 years. Bonnie loved her family, gardening, helping others and taking vacations. Her favorite show was Mountain Men, she loved her Ice Water, and she especially loved her dogs Sissy Jo and Chelsea.
Bonnie will be deeply missed by her children Deborah Owens of Wooster, and John Wickens of Wooster; grandsons Donnie and Michael Rood; 5 great-grandchildren; brother James Arnold of Apple Creek; sisters Patricia (Ralph) Leemasters of Lenoir, NC and Diana Woodruff of Wooster; lifelong friends Charlene Triviette, Alice Snodgrass, Amy Troxell, Eleanor Reed and Priscilla Hathaway; and several nieces and nephews especially Pamela (Kenn) Butler.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dale Fribley, step-father William Arnold, brother Carl Mayberry, sister Lona Belle, and Darrin Owens.
