Bonnie J Myers “Babe”, 82, of Marietta, died Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the Marietta Center.
Bonnie was born October 20, 1935 in Carbondale, Ohio to Walter and Rose Davis.
She attended Marietta Schools.
Bonnie married Raymond Wayne Myers on September 10, 1955.
She retired from Marietta Memorial Hospital. Bonnie was Baptist by faith. She enjoyed vacations, the time she lived in Florida, crossword puzzles and cooking for family.
Bonnie will be deeply missed by her husband Raymond Myers; children Steven (Ruth) Myers of Granville, OH, Teresa (Joe) Cain of Little Hocking, OH, Denise Myers of Marietta, OH,; brother David “Squirt” (Shirley) Davis of Indiana; grandchildren Michele (Dustin) Dose, Raymond Myers, William Curtis, Brandi (Ryan) Alloway, Jared Myers (Mandi Waggoner), Chad Carpenter; 13 great-grandchildren.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Robert Davis, Richard Davis, Don Davis and Howard “Tootie” Davis; and sister Beverly Britton.
Friends may call Friday, January 5th from 4 to 7 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta. Funeral services will be Saturday at 12 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Rob Tuttle officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Park.
