Bonnie M. Nichols, 77, of Orrville, died Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Smithville Western Care Center.
Memorial services will be Friday, June 30 at 11 a.m. at West Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Darryle Moody officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Roberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 761 Wooster, Ohio 44691.
Bonnie was born May 25, 1940 in Killbuck, Ohio to James and Opal Hunter.
She married Floyd Nichols on April 4, 1969.
Bonnie worked for Goodwill Industries. She was a member of the Orrville Christian Church and then Harvest Hills Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, and crocheting. She was a member of the Moose Lodge #482.
Bonnie will be deeply missed by children Deanna Nichols-Archer of Orrville, Vickey Nichols of Orrville, Michael (Noy Bangphonethip) Nichols of Wooster; grandchildren Damian Nichols, Gabrielle Schmucker; brothers Charlie, Earl, and Ray Hunter, Gene Albertson.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, son James Nichols and Floyd Nichols Jr., sister Dorothy Miller, brothers Bob, Paul, and Carl Hunter.
The family thanks the staff at Smithville Western Care Center and Sprenger Hospice for their loving care.
