Carmel Grafton Graham, 82, of Quaker City, Ohio, died Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Williams River, in West Virginia.
Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Butch White officiating. Carmel was born November 26, 1936 in Ira, WV to Wade and Lula {Ramsey} Graham.
He married Phyllis Martin on December 17, 1954. She survives.
Carmel retired in 1996 from Ford Motor Company after 36 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of West Salem. Carmel was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Carmel will be deeply missed by his wife of 64 years; children Connie (Jack) Barnes of Burbank, David (Kay) Graham of Quaker City, Donna Barnes of Big Prairie, Cheryl (Duane) Householder of Ashland, Bobby Graham of Stratford, Texas, Barbara Graham of Ashland; 9 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brothers Kenneth Graham of WV, Roy (Becky) Graham of WV; sister Francis Miller of OH.
Carmel was preceded in death by his parents, several brothers and sisters, and a son-in-law Rick Barnes.
