Carolyn Sue Owens, 70, of Marietta, died Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at the Washington County Home.
Carolyn was born January 25, 1945 in Marietta, Ohio to James H and Grace {Fleming} Cozzens.
She graduated from Warren High School in 1963.
She enjoyed walking and spending time with her family and friends.
Carolyn will be deeply missed by her children Jerry Owens, Becky Cottrill, and Rhonda Owens; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters Lela Richard and Penny Dalton; sister-in-law Akiko Ganson.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and sister Janet Goddard; stepbrother Richard Ganson.
Funeral services will be Monday July 13, at 2 p.m. at the Washington County Home, 845 County House Lane, Marietta, with Pastor Woodrow Pryor officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Park. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
