Charles Hilligas

Charles Glenn Hilligas, 71, of Wooster, died Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Akron City Hospital.

Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.  Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.

Charles was born October 11, 1947 in Wooster to Harold Fox and Mildred Irene {Spragg} Hilligas.

He graduated from Smithville High School in 1965 and attended computer programming classes in Cleveland, Ohio.

Charles most recently worked for the Wooster Wal-Mart.  He was a member of the Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church. Charles enjoyed taking baseball statistics.

Survivors include his sisters Mary Edna Witmer of Ashland, Lenora Leickly of Cleveland, Diane Hartzler of Winter Haven, FL, and Myla Jayne  Amsbary of Parkersburg, WV, several nieces and nephews.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents and by one brother, John Robert Hilligas.
