Charles "Chuck" Elliot Woodruff, 81, of Ashland, died September 27, 2016 at Riverside Hospital, in Columbus.

Chuck was born January 7, 1935 in Corning, Ohio to Charles and Edna Elizabeth {Jacobs} Woodruff.
Chuck graduated from Corning High School.
He married Alta Sutton on August 21, 1971.
Chuck worked at Ohio Edison for over 30 years. He was a Life Member of Ashland Elks No. 1360. Chuck was a fan of the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavaliers, and a huge fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Chuck will be deeply missed by his daughter Jodi (Woodruff) Santini and son-in-law Jon Santini, Jr.; grandson Jon Santini, III; Robert Woodruff and James Woodruff; Dorothy Harvey, Maxine (Greg) Cable, Mary (Mark) Shaner, and Freda (Kenny) Starkey.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Charles & Elizabeth Woodruff, his wife Alta (Sutton) Woodruff, sisters Helen Gordon and Betty Dew.
