Charlotte Parlin

Charlotte Kay [Kidder] Parlin, 58, of Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Parkersburg on June 23, 1961 to the late Ronald and Sandra Kidder.

Charlotte “Char” was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years Robert James Parlin of Parkersburg, WV; son Robert J. Parlin Jr. of Vienna, WV; two daughters Sandra Parlin of Parkersburg, WV and Jessica (Aaron) Carver of Reno, OH; eight grandchildren whom she loved and cherished dearly. She is also survived by four siblings Ronald (Tonya) Kidder, Gloria (Charlie) Becker, Tammy (Randy) Flowers, Scott (Angela) Kidder and several nieces and nephews.

She was a past member of the Reno Volunteer Fire Department where she served as an EMT. She was an avid antique collector, Ebay seller and loved spending time at the cabins in Hocking Hills with her husband.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 10th from 4 to 7 PM at Roberts Funeral Home – East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta 45750.
