Chester D. Clark Jr., 70, of Wooster, died Thursday, May 12, 2016 at his residence.
A private graveside service will be held at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd. Wooster, OH 44691.
Chester was born May 10, 1946 in Coshocton to Delmar and Dora Frase.
Chester served in the United States Army for two years during the Vietnam War.
He married Rosie Halsey on November 12, 1993.
Chester worked as a meat cutter for most of his life before retiring from Wal-Mart. He liked to bowl, travel with his wife Rosie, and cheer on his favorite team, the Cavaliers. Chester also loved to go camping and fishing.
Chester will be deeply missed by his wife of 22 ½ years; children Jennifer and Susan; step children David, Gregory, Kelly, and Laura; several grandchildren, step grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; sister Ruth (Herb) Amstutz.
Chester was preceded in death by his parents.
