Clyde Earl Bennett, age 69, passed away May 30, 2016.
He was born in Philippi, West Virginia in 1947. Clyde graduated from Marietta High School in 1965. He returned to Marietta for his 50th class reunion in 2015. Clyde was a 35 year resident of Bradenton, Florida. He relocated to central Florida three years ago. Clyde was well known for his quick smile and most of all for his kindness to all who crossed his path. Clyde re-dedicated his life to Jesus Christ in 2011. He was well known and loved at Resonate Life Church in Bradenton, Florida. Most recently he was a member of the Eustis Church of the Nazarene. Clyde loved his family unconditionally.
He is survived by his three children and two grandchildren. His son Timothy Bennett and his daughter Chelsea Bennett of Bradenton, Florida and his son Brian Bennett and wife Lorain of Marietta, Ohio and grandchildren Emily and Justin Bennett. Clyde has two surviving sisters Judy Pearl and Darlene Schob.
