Corella Amanda Kinsey, 75, of Jeromesville, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Corella was born July 6, 1938 in Clinton, Ohio to Robert Frank and Eva Marie {Hartong} Workinger. Corella married Dennis W. Kinsey on May 10, 1964. After 30 years of marriage, he passed away in 1995.
She worked on her family farm her whole life. Corella was a member of the Rowsburg Lutheran Church and the Farm Bureau. She enjoyed sewing, traveling, playing cards and feeding hummingbirds. Corella especially enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved spending time with her family.
She will be deeply missed by her children Denise (Charles) King of Perrysville, Christina (Kevin) Wilfong, Mark (Irene) Kinsey and Teresa (Michael) Fruth all of Jeromesville, 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, brothers Robert (Darlene) Workinger of North Canton, Tedric (Betty) Workinger of West Salem, Ronald (Colleen) Workinger of West Salem, Donald Workinger of Orrville, sisters Ruthann (Edward) Wolfe of Fredericksburg, Mary Lang of Big Prairie.
Corella was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dennis, daughter Marie Knox, great-grandson.
Friends may call Monday, July 29, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel, Ashland. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
