Darrell James Kristoff

Darrell James Kristoff, 68, of West Salem, died Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Smithville Western Care Center.

DJ was born September 8, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio to Michael Joseph and Mollie {Roberts} Kristoff.

He retired from Lodi Ambassador Aristocrat Apartments as a maintenance man for many years. He was a member of Life Ministries in Rittman. He enjoyed working on tractors and old cars.

DJ will be deeply missed by his mother Mollie Whitby of West Salem; brothers Russell Keith Heilman Jr. of West Salem and Michael Kristoff Jr. of Willoughby; sisters Laura Kristoff-Robakowski of Willoughby and Deborah House of Wooster; and numerous nieces and nephews.

DJ was preceded in death by his father and step-fathers Russell Heilman Sr. and Thomas “Ed” Whitby, niece Tami Henry.

Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting the family. Memorial services will be Friday October 27^th at 3 pm at Life Ministries, 9878 Krabill Rd, Rittman, OH 44270, with Pastor Ed Nichols officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
