Debra Jo Rouse

Debra Jo Rouse, 66, of Wooster, died Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Wooster Community Hospital.

Debra's wishes were to be cremated.  Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.  Inurnment will be held at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.  Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.   Memorial contributions may be made to Wayne County Humane Society at 1161 Mechanicsburg Road, Wooster, Ohio 44691.

Debra was born December 19, 1952 in Wooster to Roy G. “R.G.” and Pearline {Selby} Durham.

She married Larry Ducy Rouse on November 20, 1971.  He passed February 16, 2000

Debra Jo was a homemaker. She loved spending time with friends and family.

Debra will be deeply missed by her children Larry R. Rouse, Joseph F. Rouse, Frankie R. Rouse, Tommy J. Rouse, and Jimmy D. Rouse all of Wooster; eight grandchildren; brothers Butch (Glenda) Durham of Texas and Benny (Debbie) Durham of Wooster; sisters Sue (Larry) Walker of Massillon and Terrie Durham of Wooster; many nieces and nephews.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents, brother Roger Dean Durham and sister Barbara {Durham} Ray.

The family would like to especially thank Missy Rouse for all the help she gave to their precious sister.  They would also like to thank Wooster Community Hospital, ICU floor for the outstanding care and respect they gave to Debra Jo.  She had the very best nurses and doctors at the time of her need.
