Dolores Eileen Johnson

Dolores (DJ) Eileen Johnson, 84, of Vincent, died October 28, 2022 surrounded by loved ones.

Dolores was born on September 25th, 1938 in Belpre, OH, and was the daughter of the late Floyd Shirley Way and Elnora Sloter Way.

Dolores was a 1956 graduate of Vincent High School and worked 40 years for BF Goodrich and RJF International. She was a member of The Pioneer Presbyterian Church in Belpre. She was also a member of the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary Post 15 in Parkersburg, WV. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling and cooking. 

She is survived by her husband of 63 years Allen Ray Johnson, daughter Barbara Eversole of Hilliard, OH, son Michael (Rebecca) Johnson of Columbus, OH, sisters Ruth (Ben) Elder and Joyce (Reg) Radabaugh, brother Larry Way, 6 grandchildren Marissa, Rachel (Thomas), Caitlin, Emily (Jesse), Zach and Allison, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. 

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her sister-in-law Ann Doherty, brother-in-law Wayne Doherty, and brother-in-law Ben Elder.
