Don Chaney

Don Crayton Chaney, 80 of Wooster, died Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Samaritan Hospital, in Ashland.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster, with Pastor Tommy Theisen officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, where military rites will be held.
Don was born April 22, 1935 in Killbuck, OH to Walter and Goldie {Lint} Chaney.
Don served in the United States Army.
He married Joyce (Dull) in 1963.
Don retired from Regal Ware after more than 20 years. He enjoyed camping fishing, working on boat motors, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Don will be deeply missed by his wife Joyce of 53 years; children Jeanie (Larry) Bagby of Wooster, Donald (Kimberly) Chaney of Carrollton and April (Ryan) Stinemetz of Wooster; grandchildren Kymberly (Tim) Rowan, Donald Chaney II, Austin Chaney, Cheyenne Chaney, Adam Chaney, Robert Stinemetz and Brooke Stinemetz; brothers Robert Chaney and James Chaney.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, son Robert Chaney and sister Norma Hochstetler.
