Donna L. Lake, 78, of Wooster, died October 26, 2023 at the Wayne County Care Center.

Donna was born July 14, 1945 in Bristol, West Virginia to Jennings and Ruby {Cunningham} Brown.

Donna graduated from Wooster High School.

She married Robert Lake on September 25, 1965.

Donna was a nursing aid in nursing homes for over 30 years. She was an active member of North Wooster Baptist Church. Donna was a former girl scout leader. She loved decorating for the holidays, planting flowers, and baking.

Donna will be deeply missed by her; children Angela (Curtis) Frary of Big Prairie, Amie (David Arnholt) Love of TN, Jason (Shannonn Marshall) Lake of Ashland, Adam (Amie) Lake of TX; grandchildren Zeph (Alysha) Frary, Rebekah (Dillon) Scott, Alexis Kauffman, Jewelionna Snyder, A.J. Lake, Harley Arnholt; and great-grandchildren Zayden and Kain Frary, Lorelai and Greyson Scott.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents, sisters Pauline Mathey, Genevive Moore, Maxine Harding, Shirley Howell, Marlin Brown, Norma Ott.

Friends may call Tuesday October 31, 2023 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Donna-Lake) with Pastor Jamie Rickard officiating.
