Dorothy Lowe

Dorothy L (Bise) Lowe, 92, passed into the arms of Jesus on April 3, 2014. She was born in Reedy, West Virginia on June 28, 1921. Greeting her in heaven will be her parents Grover and Emma (Armstrong) Bise, her husband of 56 years, Denver Lowe, brothers Eugene, Charles, Virgil, William "Ted", Clarence "Bob", and her sister Orla Rice. Dorothy was a homemaker and a devout Christian. She was employed at Bare Foot Sole and Rubber Company in Wadsworth for years and was a "Rosie the Riveter" during World War II. She and Denver spent their retirement years in Wadsworth and Ocala, Florida. She is survived by three sisters-in-law, Leona Lou Bise of Reedy, West Virginia, Ada Gunn (Lowe) of Wadsworth, and Mildred Nester (Lowe) of Belle, West Virginia, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and their families. Funeral services will be Monday, April 7, 2014, at 2:00 PM at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel in Wadsworth with visitation two hours prior to the service from 12-2 P.M.
