She was born March 4, 1923 in Huntington, WV to Homer and Vada Samples.
A memorial service will be held Friday, November 1, 2019 at 3 PM in the mausoleum chapel at East Lawn Memorial Park. Roberts Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
