Eleanor Haas

Eleanor Diane “Joan” Haas, 84, formerly of Trenton, New Jersey, died Friday, September 10, 2021 at The Laurels, in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Joan was born August 4, 1937 in Trenton, New Jersey to Thomas and Marie {Clemens} Argust.

Joan grew up mostly in Levittown, PA with three siblings. She attended Catholic school.

She married James Reams Jr. in 1957, then met the love of her life   Robert Haas, in Hamilton, New Jersey in 1967. James died on August 20, 2016 and Robert passed away May 14, 1999.

Joan loved Bingo. She loved gambling in Atlantic City, but the most important thing in her life was family.

Joan will be deeply missed by her children James (Mercey) Reams III, Mary Lou Stackhouse, Andrew (Cathy) Reams, Nicholas (Ruth) Haas, Joseph Haas, Tina (Ryan) Bennett, and Trisha (Tracy) Messer; 28 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren; brother Thomas (Judy) Argust; sister Germaine Thompson; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Joan was preceded in death by her husbands; children Robert Haas Jr., and Robert Reams; and sister Barbara Mahon.

Services will be at 3:00 pm Sunday, September 19 ^th at Bristol Township Municipal Park, 2501 Bath Road Bristol, Pennsylvania 19007.
