Elsie Conrad

Elsie M. Conrad, 85, of Wooster, died Sunday, August 26, 2018 at LifeCare Hospice.

Friends may call Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Elsie was born May 13, 1933 in New Castle, PA to Mervin and Laura {Troyer} Gerber.

She married Harold Emerson Conrad on August 11, 1972. He died June 2, 2010.

Elsie was a cook at the Hard Hat Café. She enjoyed FaceBook, cooking for her family and the Cleveland Indians.

Elsie will be deeply missed by her children Jim (Beth) Copley of Wooster, David (Illy) Copley of Wooster, Bob (Jacine) Copley of Wooster, and Linda (Jim) Dalton of Litchfield; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers Leonard (Liz) Gerber of Killbuck and Gary (Jenny) Gerber of Dalton; sister June Gerber of Orrville.

Elsie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Myron and Thurman Gerber, sister Pearl Gerber.
