Florence Surman

Florence Helen Surman, 75, formerly of Irvington, New Jersey, died Sunday, May 23, 2021, at Crystal Care Center, in Ashland, Ohio.

Florence was born July 22, 1945, in Irvington, New Jersey to Charles and Florence {Schmitzer} Zanglein.

She married Michael Surman on November 14, 1986. They enjoyed twenty-two years together until his death in 2008.

Florence was a member of the Crossroad Christian Fellowship in Union, New Jersey.

Florence will be deeply missed by her daughter Carol (Manuel) Mac Iver-Lopez; daughter-in-law Penny Mac Iver; grandson Jeffery (Cheyenne) Mac Iver; and great-grandchildren Elijah, and Addilynn.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son John Mac Iver.
