Frances Emaline DeLong

Frances Emaline DeLong, 81, of Wadsworth, died February 9, 2023 at Doylestown Health Care Center.

Frances was born September 8, 1941 in McCaysville, GA to Haskin and Vada {Mann} Chancey.

She married Richard DeLong on August 13, 1959. 

She worked for Fishers Big Wheel for many years in Wadsworth and several Wadsworth Lawsons locations. She attended Freshwater Community Church in Wadsworth. She was deeply devoted to her family and she loved spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Frances will be deeply missed by her husband Richard; children Debra (Karl) Booth, Karen Sweigert, and Janet (Kevin) Bing; grandchildren Scott (Natasia) Booth, Nicholas (Catrina) Booth, Amanda (Sam) McComas, Michael (Taylor) Sweigert, Matthew Sweigert, Ashleigh (Aaron) Holbert, Chase Bing, Jacob Bing, Emaline Bing, and Tyler Bing; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters Ann (Steve) Howard, and Evelyn Dew; and son-in-law Donald Sweigert.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, 11 of her brothers and sisters, and granddaughter Ashley Marie Sweigert

Friends may call Saturday February 11, 2023 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville.  Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
