Francis "Frank" Coen, 83, of Doylestown, passed on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Summa Akron City Hospital.
He was born March 31, 1932 in Mudfork, WV to Everett and Esther Coen.
Francis served in the active and reserve military for 28 years.
He retired from Goodyear Aerospace after 38 years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Francis will be deeply missed by his wife, Rosemary, of 60 years; children Pat Laird of Norton and Frank Coen Jr. of Green; 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brother Cub; sister Norma.
Francis was preceded in death by his brother Bus and sister Bonnie.
Friends may call Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel at 9560 Acme Rd., Rittman, OH 44270. Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
