Frank L. Kudika Jr., 72, of Wooster, died Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Wooster Community Hospital surrounded by his loving family, after many years of struggling with Multiple Sclerosis.
Friends may call Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jon Hutchison officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to LifeCare Hospice at 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.
Frank was born March 9, 1942 in Mansfield to Frank L. Sr. and Iva Irene {Wise} Kudika.
He graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor of science in marketing.
He married Phyllis {Crater} on February 15, 1992. She survives.
Frank was a proud member of the Mansfield Moose Lodge #341. He enjoyed dancing and playing cards. Frank loved spending time with his friends, family and going to concerts and movies with his wife, Phyllis.
Frank will be deeply missed by his wife, Phyllis, of 22 years; children Julie (Jeff) Hall of Dublin, Matt (Julie) Kudika of Columbus and Carrie (Jeramy) Green of Mt. Gilead; grandchildren Adam and Jason Hall, Claire and Nick Kudika, and Evan Green.
Frank was preceded in death by his brother Tom Kudika.
