Fred L. Braden, 64, of Wooster, died Sunday September 23, 2012 at Wooster Community Hospital, in Wooster.
Friends may call Wednesday September 26, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Father Christopher Trenta officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, where military rites will be held. Fred was born December 1, 1947 in Wooster Ohio to Carl L. and Dorothy {Anderson} Braden.
Fred was in the US Army and served in Vietnam from 1967 to 1969.
He married Reba Aber on April 25, 1982. She survives.
Fred worked as a long haul truck driver for many years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 68 and the VFW Post 1081 both of Wooster. Fred enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter Haylee.
Fred will be deeply missed by his wife Reba; daughters Melissa and Amber and granddaughter Haylee all of Wooster. He is also survived by his brother Mike (Debbie) Braden, and sister Susie Braden both of Wooster.
Fred was preceded in death by, his parents and two children Tonya and Tracy Braden.
