Gary Arnold

Gary E. Arnold, 67, of Wooster, passed away peacefully, Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare.

Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, 7067 Cleveland Rd. Wooster, Ohio 44691. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 am with friends visiting an hour prior at Trinity United Church of Christ 150 E. North St. Wooster, Ohio 44691 with Rev. Dr. Kevan Franklin officiating. Gary was born September 30, 1954, in Wooster, Ohio to Richard and Mary {Wagner} Arnold.

He graduated from Wooster High School, Heidelberg College and MBA from Kent State University.

Gary worked for Wayne Savings Community Bank for over 40 years and over 30 years at The Party Shop. He was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ. Gary was very active in the Wooster Jaycee’s for many years. He enjoyed traveling, was an avid wine enthusiast, and was a lifelong Cleveland sports fan.

Gary will be deeply missed by his daughter Tiffany (Shawn) Stover of Wooster; grandson Corbin Stover; mother Mary of Wooster; brother Ken (Julie) Arnold of Alexandria, VA; sister Carol (Charlie) Saranita of Avon Lake; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Gary was preceded in death by father Richard Arnold, and brother Lynn Arnold.
