Geraldine M. Zintek, 85, of Wooster, died Friday, November 14, 2014 at her residence.
Memorial services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Kevin Phipps officiating. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman. Geraldine was born March 6, 1929 in Salamanca, NY to Mox Paul and Ruby Pearl {Easton} Rau.
She married Stanley F. Zintek on June 12, 1954. He passed on March 30, 2006.
Geraldine worked in the business office of Western Reserve Academy before retiring. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and bowling, but most of all, spending time with her family.
Geraldine will be deeply missed by children Donna Zintek of Wooster and Dana (Lisa) Zintek of Cuyahoga Falls; several nieces and nephews.
Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley, of 51 years, brothers Neland Rau and Francis Rau, sisters Maxine Smith and Almeda White.
