Glenn Wilson Ennis II, 72, of Wooster, passed away peacefully on Oct 24, with his son by his side, at Doylestown Care Center.
Glenn was born on January 16, 1952, in Pennsylvania to Paul and Dorothy (Aten) Ennis. A devoted father, he cherished the time spent coaching his sons' Little League team during his childhood.
Glenn’s career took him to various companies, but his most fulfilling role was with Liquid Carbonics in Smithville, where he made lasting friendships and memories.
A jack of all trades but master of none, he enjoyed creating intricate string art, capturing moments through photography, and was an accomplished bowler. Glenn also enjoyed friendships made through his membership in Lamplighter's club.
He loved to find humor in every day conversations and enjoyed nothing more than to make people laugh. His family will miss his favorite go to phrases like "happy happy joy joy" or "wanna buy a duck?." His sense of humor will be deeply missed.
Glenn's memory will live on through his sons, Glenn (Tina) Ennis III and David Ennis, both of Wooster; his four grandchildren; Trinnity, Aidenn and Gavin Ennis and Matthew Fisher; his brother, Paul Ennis Jr. of Wooster; and his sister, Lee Ann. He was preceded in death by his parents, favorite uncles Gene and Ivan and beloved Grandma Sharp.
As Glenn would say, "I'm glad you got to see me."
A private service will be held at Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Wooster. Arrangements are being handled by Roberts Funeral Home – Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Online condolences can be shared at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com
