Harold Loyd Collins, 77, of Apple Creek, Died Friday, June 7, 2013, at Aultman Hospital in Canton. Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Graveside Services will be Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Eric Fairhurst officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Harold was born April 9, 1936, in Parkersburg, West Virginia to Nay and Mildred (Fredicks) Collins. Harold married Phyllis Greegor who preceded him in death on March 27, 2002. His employment includes Heating and Cooling Riggle Brothers in Wooster, and owned his own siding business. He was a member of West Wood Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. He was a part of the Apple Creek American Legion # 147. He was also an avid sportsman loving all kinds of sports. Harold will be deeply missed by his children: Rebekah (James) Burkholder and Steven (Tina) Cholley both of Wooster. Seven Grandchildren and six Great-Grandchildren. Brothers: Kenny Collins, Jimmy Collins, and Denver Collins. Sisters: Sharon Brookover, Ruth Kerrigan , and JoAnn Lowe and a special thank you to niece Shelbi Russell for taking such good care of Harold. Harold was preceded in death by his wife Phyllis and son Stan Cholley. Brothers Dorcey Collins, Tom Collins, and Charles Collins. Sisters Tiddy Mayes and Sue Calloway.
