Harold J. Roberts, 90, of Ashland, died Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Good Shepherd Home & Villa.
Harold was born June 21, 1925 in Ashland to George Jay and Esta Ethel {Drown} Roberts.
Harold served in the United States Navy.
He married Miriam Landis in October of 1960. She passed away on May 5, 2007.
Harold will be deeply missed by his son Richard (Mary Ann) Roberts of Chicago, IL; step-daughter Phyllis Snellenberger of Ashland; step-grandson Bryan Snellenberger of Ashland; sister Ruth (Carl) Armstrong of Ashland; sister-in-laws Dorothy Landis of Hayesville, Lou Landis and Donna Landis both of Ashland; along with several nieces and nephews.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Miriam, of 46 yearss.
Memorial services will be Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home - Ashland Chapel, Ashland with Pastor Julie Thoms officiating. Burial will be at Ashland Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Home & Villa at 622 Center St, Ashland, OH 44805 or Hospice of North Central Ohio at 1050 Dauch Dr, Ashland, OH 44805.
