Hilda M. Campbell

Hilda M. Campbell, 91, of Rittman, died Friday July 5, 2024, at her home with her family by her side.

Hilda was born June 25, 1933, in Somerset County, PA to Joseph Henry and Henrietta {Miller} Fullerton.

She married Paul Campbell Sr. on November 1, 1953. He died in 2018.

Hilda worked for Myers Industries in Wadsworth and, following her retirement, she worked for Rittman IGA. She was a member of the Portage Lakes Eastern Star, Ravenna Chapter #46. Hilda enjoyed baking cakes, shopping, bowling, and cooking family meals. 

Hilda will be deeply missed by her daughter Connie Campbell of Rittman; grandchildren Heather (Travis) Hudson, Misty (John) Oerther, Holly (Scott) McGill, Paul E. Campbell III, Matt (Jenny) Campbell, Aimee Campbell, Kayla Campbell; 12 great-grandchildren; sister Betty Landis.

Hilda was preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul Sr.; sons Paul (Tammy) Jr. and Randy Campbell; great-grandson John Karl Oerther VI, brothers Charles, Merl, James, Ray, and Jack Fullerton; and a sister Jean Austin. 

Friends may call Monday, July 8 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 am at the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Hilda-Campbell). Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
