Ila J. Butler, 95, of Wooster, died Monday, November 9, 2015 at LifeCare Hospice.
Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Scott Casebeer officiating. Ila was born September 16, 1920 in Utica, Ohio to John and Leontine {Jewell} Hull.
She graduated from Fredericktown High School in 1938.
She married Cleva Butler on July 23, 1940. He died in 2001.
Ila was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Apple Creek, where she was active for many years. She was a Tupperware Manager for 47 years, earning many awards including being one of the top-10 managers in the nation.
Ila will be deeply missed by her daughters Michele (Gary) Shelly-Nelson of Orrville and Shawna (Ken) Mays of Sunbury; grandchildren Ty Shelly, Jennifer (Chris) Cooper, Kristine Dietz and Bradley (Tara) Mays; 12 great-grandchildren; and sister Mary Boucher of Mt. Vernon.
Ila was preceded in death by her husband, brothers Myers, Lloyd, and William Hull and sister Shirley Ewalt.
