Imogene "Jean" Boley

Imogene “Jean” M. Boley, 82, of Shreve, died Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Majora Lane Nursing Home, in Millersburg.

Jean was born May 18, 1939 in Marietta, Ohio to Paul and Florence {Stryker} Miller.

She graduated from Shreve High School in 1958.

She married C. Dean Boley on December 31, 1958.

Jean was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of Highland Ave Church of God. Jean enjoyed gardening, bird watching, playing solitare and spending time with her family.

Jean will be deeply missed by her husband; children Donna Derby of Shreve, Kathy (Chris) Hanna of Shreve; grandchildren Gary Dean (Ashley) Derby, Nikole, Kyle and Erik Hanna all of Shreve; great-granddaughter Ryleigh Marie Derby; brother William (Judy) Miller of Apple Creek.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, sister Dorothy (Ray) Varnes, and brother James Miller.

Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting the family. Private services will be held at the funeral home with Pastor Sally Fusek officiating.
