Jack Donald Uth, 65, of Wooster, died June 29, 2018 at Wooster Community Hospital.

Jack was born February 8, 1953 in Wooster, Ohio to Donald E. and Patricia {Schaudt} Uth.

He graduated from Wooster High School in 1972.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents.
