Janice Fecca

Janice M. Fecca, 73, of Sterling, died Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Altercare of Wadsworth Center.

Janice was born April 30, 1946 in New Orleans, LA to James and Pearl {Peltier} Traweek.

Janice married Ronald Fecca on August 30, 1969 in Hialeah, Florida.  They eventually settled in Sterling, Ohio, where they raised a family on their farm.  Janice was an effervescent spirit who loved her family, music, and sparkly things.

Janice will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 50 years; children April Fecca and Gregory (Theresa) Landry; grandchildren Liam O’Brien and Ashley Landry; sisters Bonnie (Hector) Castillo and Melanie McClain, and other family.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jimmy Traweek, and grandson Geoffrey Landry.

Friends may call Friday from 2 to 3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Deacon Robert Youngblood officiating.
