Jean D. Harper, 88, of Orrville died Thursday, January 2, 2014 at Hospice Care in Akron.
Services will be Saturday (today) at 2 pm at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with Rev. Kevin Phipps officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster. Jean was born July 28, 1925 in Wooster to Rocco and Anna {DiScipio} Tersigne.
She married Donald Harper in 1946. He died in 1978.
Jean worked for Frito Lay, retiring in 1987 after 30 years of service.
Jean will be deeply missed by her children Donald (Sandra) of Oak Harbor, WA, Gary (Lynn) of Orrville, David (Lenni Howell) of Jeromesville, and a daughter Barbara (Richard) Jones of Orrville; 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband Donald, grandson Joshua Harper, and her 6 siblings.
