Jeffery Brown

Jeffery Allen Brown, 55, of Vandalia, OH died Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton.

Jeff was born March 19, 1962 in Marietta, Ohio to John and Sandra Brown.

He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

He worked with the Ohio Operating Engineers. Jeff enjoyed football, hanging out with Bubby, going to breakfast with his friends on the weekends, and loved his grandkids and his dog Carl.

Jeff will be deeply missed by his children Jeffery “Joey” (Julia) Brown and Amanda (Rick) Mayle; grandchildren Angel, Alexsandria, Zach, Brandon, Alexyonna, Alayna, Blayke, Bryce, Taven “Bubby” and Conner; brothers James (Debbie) Brown and Michael Brown; sisters Kim Jones and Brenda (Mark) Dillon.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and daughters Ashley Dale and Jessica Gutberlet.

Friends may call Friday, January 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta.  Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Gene Ferrell officiating.  Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Park, where military rites will be held.   Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
